Please stop doing layoff. We are only 80k employees which is very less then your competitor. Still you continue doing layoff . Not even a single employee is happy over here. Please make your existing employee happy.

@ab yup once he’s done in his 3 years and hits his stock price grabs his big bonus tied to it … then re retires … all while the board members all race to dump their stock shares granted to them and make a ki-ling while it’s high … Dan is gone … stock plummets back to the low 30’s maybe even 20’s and the company gets bought by someone else or goes into bankruptcy because it’s laden with debt .

@as I work in a large WCC group that supports large corporate accounts and I want to respond to this re: not working as hard. When your immediate Leader is lights out at 5, goes on vacation and lets you know Friday night at 5 and that individual does not make any effort to learn this new job - why should we give a hoop? Meetings cancelled , one on ones and this person just does not show up or let you know they’re busy, can’t attend. Just no show after 10 minutes of waiting ..Why would we give a hoop? Leadership is about leading and it is just not happening in this division. From the Supervisor to Senior Manager in this group. Yet we are expected to work and carry a heavy load. Quiet quitting….

They don't understand the psychological impact on employees who survived the layoff. They can never ever work at their full potential. The board should fire a few of the executives randomly and abruptly, may be then they will understand. Unfortunately, the board has been complicit in this downfall. They only care about themselves and they want to keep running the mafia.

The service is bad. And by service, I mean customer service. They have put the AI on it and does not deliver. Bad service on all fronts and high prices won’t cut it.

Job cuts don't equate to increased stock price if the revenue isn't coming in. You saw that with the 15K job cuts.... stock only rose due to the buy back, then back down it went to the pre-buy back price. Real change begins with removing the same leadership that put us in this position......
