@b5 also current employees spreading rumors. There are a lot of Karens, older Kens, Rajs and Jens and Laxmis that have no work and spend time here spreading rumors.

@OP Oh yes there were layoffs today. I know several that got let go including a Sr.director.
@b5 You must be a manager or director, hopefully not a VP. Why else would you be on this site if you think it is unreliable
We lost 5-6 in wellmed today in claims

@b7 People always post here the day of RIF. It sounds like a smaller action today (which is probably good news) but that doesn't mean some RIFs haven't been delayed.

@ac When I was RIF'd, the very last thing I felt like doing that day was coming to this site and telling everyone. In the layoff script I was told I wasn't allowed to tell anyone that day (not even my own team.) I was allowed to communicate the news with my coworkers the following day. It will take a day or two or longer for people to come forward.

I was let go this morning. Optumrx pharmacy account manager. So far I've heard of 2 other team mates and my manager all let go

OI senior director let go. They lost a great director who actually fights for her people.
Layoffs at optumrx some pharmacists affected
@ap I am OI as well and have not heard of any layoffs on our side. I was kind of surprised to be honest. That is why I was asking what departments.
Optum Care at Home seems to be untouched. The registered nurses aren't affected.

Has anyone from OI been impacted yet? I was expecting to hear a lot of people were let go on our side, but so far I have not heard anything.

Its only just gone 930 central. Most, if not all the calls will be happening now.

If there were layoffs today, than people would share the info - like department, location, how many in the group were cut, etc. since they have nothing more to lose.
