When? Which department?

There aren’t any big layoffs anymore. It’s drips everywhere every 6-8 weeks. That way they fly under the radar for cuts. However, I suspect we’ll get a bigger announcement soon “due to Ai” like all the other companies are doing. You know they have to have that image that they are growing their Ai efficiencies. Rumor I’m hearing is 10-15% in the next few weeks will be announced. This coming from a credible source.
@b2 I’m in management, we carry the company. You’re welcome.
All of them. Every two months.
Here there everywhere!
@b2 dead weight starts with all the hole standers out in the field.
Texas org in March
@b1 Yep. Sounds like typical management. Dead weight.
We obviously need to trim more fat.
@ax I still do this. Swipe in at HQ at 5AM. Take my back corner cubicle and connect to LAN and clear inbox. Back out for breakfast and to drop the kiddos at school. Back in the office around 9. Work until 1PM, and day is over. 8hr on presence report, so work is done… 8 & skate, every single day. Then I head over to Dallas National for my 1:30 Tee Time. Done around 5:30/6 then time for the kiddos soccer practice. I actually prefer RTO because nobody questions me as long as the report shows my 8 hours.
@ax little man detected (again), opinion rejected (again).
Imagine feeling so entitled that you deserve to run errands, watch the kids, play golf, go to the doctor and watch TV on company time while "working from home."
Welcome back to the office! Great to see you guys again!
@a5 little man detected, opinion rejected. 😂
OP asked a question about lay offs and he was immediately attacked by the RTO crybaby club. Grow up snowflakes, RTO or resign.
I despise RTO. Time to send a message to Stankey.
@a5 Imagine being such a miserable person that you spend your day complaining about people who prefer to work from home if possible.
