@a3 how would they know we are posting on here, its anonymous and I am def not using my work computer... sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen if they tried to do anything to us.

- Band 5’s were already informed.
- Some orgs received an email from leaders instructing everyone to work from home this entire week due to some of the changes starting.
- RIFs take a long time to work out. Lists are gathered months in advance. The list has been set since late last month.
- There’s a communications freeze as they’re trying to limit the backlash.
- A lot of staff calls at the higher level were cancelled today.
- Checked all of my higher ups’ calendars and we can’t see anything anymore.
- Verizon employees have been advised (through management) not to speak on any social media (including TheLayoff.com) or face being pulled into review meetings.
