Why are some saying there was no severance package for those involuntarily let go this time while others are saying there were? Can anyone who was laid off set the record straight?

@a4 Yes, for me anyway. Enhanced was 4 extra weeks and 3 months of health insurance
Fired for cause? Meaning higher laid employee gets dumped because they had one strike so company does not have to pay high severance. That's what it really is.

I'm a Sr level leader. If laid off due to job elimination/restructuring the individuals 100% got a package. If fired for cause then no package. Anyone stating otherwise is sharing bad information.
