Do FTEs get severance if they’re laid off while on a PIP or Warning?

Yes, very common with quiet quitting.
Also, don’t sign any PIP or “final warning” papers until consulting with an employment attorney. Take your PTO while you do.
@a1 nothing, just like everyone else. He either got caught doing nothing or he's the least likeable on the team.
I know it happened in last year’s case. That person got his severance like everyone else
