How is it working for other primes such as LM, NGC, etc vs L3Harris?

HR team is much better here at LMT !! They actually have competent professionals in HR.
@fd - Yes, RTX was great, I retired from there, after working at L3H for 10 years prior. I’m ashamed to say that I was a Harrisite at one time.

Management shuffles more here. If you get on a good program that is in an geographic area the company has a strong presence, you're good
If you are on a poorly performing program and/or in a smaller facility where the company would rather shut , RUN FAST!!
@OP - I have found that only BAE division (BALL aerospace) is as bad, everywhere else I worked, such as Lockheed Martin and RTX are much much better.
