How is it working for other primes such as LM, NGC, etc vs L3Harris?

They don’t have a layoff culture, so employees aren’t constantly worried about losing their jobs every quarter. If you’re working on a slow or declining program, you have the opportunity to move internally to a stronger one. The main risk is if the program you’re working on is itself at risk.
HR team is much better here at LMT !! They actually have competent professionals in HR.
@fd - Yes, RTX was great, I retired from there, after working at L3H for 10 years prior. I’m ashamed to say that I was a Harrisite at one time.

Management shuffles more here. If you get on a good program that is in an geographic area the company has a strong presence, you're good
If you are on a poorly performing program and/or in a smaller facility where the company would rather shut , RUN FAST!!
@OP - I have found that only BAE division (BALL aerospace) is as bad, everywhere else I worked, such as Lockheed Martin and RTX are much much better.
