You would have had better luck sending him an email about the rude cashier in the Charlotte cafeteria. She dindu nuffin about cold tenders and fries, and no orange drink. She did not satisfaction me
They will open the er case on your behalf. And then nothing will come out of that. e r case. The end of the story.
you'll be out the door based on a pretext that investigations will cook up quicker than a short order chef
Chainsaw won't bother to answer. It will be intercepted by one of his minions, who will then send it down the chain to your direct manager. Your name will go into the "ready to displace pile" so you have now marked yourself. I've been there. Its not pretty, not right, and darn unfair. Recall the ethics line scandals of 10 years ago? People doing the right thing, but then getting canned for it. The ethics line apparently wasn't as "anonymous" as folks thought.
Think I'm exaggerating? LOL nope.
Actually. This might not be a bad strategy. Makes a displacement (with severance pay) more likely than a termination. Charlie won’t want to be su-ked into the fray.
@OP
No you didn't.
As many times as Ive seen this happen: 0% of the time the manager gets knocked; 100% of the time the employee is labeled a malcontent and eventually gets "displaced."
Could you please clarify the expected outcome Cause I think Charlie also part of this bullsh*t
