I got my 60 day notice on October 28th.
Paydays were 11/7, 11/21, 12/5, 12/19 and then I got paid a week after on 12/26/2025.
Is it going to start on 1/16?

You will be paid within 24 hours of your final notice day ending. If final day -like mine was- is on a Saturday, you will have auto-deposit on Monday. (Yes, Monday) It will also include any remaining PTO $$ earned.
You will then move to the same pay dates as everyone else.

If you anre over 40, you were protected by the older worker benefit protection act. So yes, you’ll get paid on the 16th.
