Had a pre scheduled PTO day, wondering if they’ll still call or wait until tomorrow. I’d like to get this cr-p over with.

I was a leader in the retail space in 2018 and had to call 2 of my employees that were out that day and give them the news. We weren’t given the list by our district manager until 4pm the day before.
Guidance is call even if on PTO or out sick. You will get the call.

They're supposed to wait till you are back at work. Either way you'll get the call if you are on the list.
