Can anyone share if they were able to negotiate severance and what was offered?

@1fa did you negotiate the extra pay? I’m at 3 years and only offered 8 weeks total.
@1fa You must be a big shot. What is this "bonus" of which you speak?
First, I got paid from 2 weeks from the layoff date. Second I got 4 months even though I’ve been here 3 years. Lastly, I got a prorated bonus. Overall it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.
Seems like everyone’s different. Minimum is 2 weeks per year. I received an additional 2 weeks… how nice right at Christmas 🙄
