@1k0 Your same old pretense of being in authority is tiresome. You should get a life instead of posting the same thing over and over again here. You hope to irritate people and you think people who have a genuine worry about their financial future is a joke. Jokes on you!
It’s really simple in my opinion. Do the job you were hired for. There is nothing wrong with anyone coming and reading the posts. Like the previous poster said - stop the crying and do the job I hired you for or go look for something else. What else is there to say team. Again, it’s this lazy old world culture we seem to be stuck on.
@1ek Yes based on your comments here with your assumptions about other commenters and quasi-name calling along with your obvious belief that you have the right to tell everyone else to leave their jobs if they don’t think like you, you would need to check on layoff.com. I agree you should be worried they’d lay you off.
@16r yeah I check here because like I said no one can expect to keep their job forever anymore. Thats just boomer thinking. It's a different world. I do like my job but I also live in reality. If you don't like something that the company is doing or expecting then please leave and find a company that more aligns with your expectations. Crying about things you can't change is pointless
@113 Yes cause the person telling the rest of us to leave if we don’t like it is loving their job so much they are on lay-off.com. LMAO!
Let’s just keep the AOC out please. We don’t need any union - we have enough problems as is.
@p2 cool. I didn't feel like typing all that stuff you said so I just made it more concise. No one in 2026 is guaranteed to keep your job with any company forever. It su-ks but it is what it is. Don't like something? Find somewhere else to work that doesn't do the thing you don't like.
@p2 and they couldn't care less. JZ laughing all the way to the bank with his millions as he ruins the life of staff with layoffs, disgusting
@fs What did the email say? I haven't received nor heard anything yet.
@h0 I really hate it when people use corporate speak. “Some measure of reduction” means families losing money, food, housing and healthcare. It means the company tells staff how important they are while they are using them until they can use non-human work. The pretense that people will be given other jobs is stupid. If they are working to get rid of as many humans in the company as possible then what other jobs will they move to? None.
@hj the lazy trend is your pi-s poor leadership
@gf absolutely! And this will help us eliminate the “lazy” trend around here too.
@fs it's just logical that an ai agent being able to perform the job of intake is going to remove that position. It will allow some employees to move to different roles or departments but there will be some measure of reduction.
Automation. They will need less of you to perform the work.
@cc I received the email about the AI rollout, but how do you think this is going to lead to layoffs?
@a2 positions involving member and provider services intake.
@a4 what an odd post.
Be specific. What department? What timeline? How many? Your post helps no one. You could say that about every company in the world.
