RIF will hit locations to shrink teams for consolidation. Look out at locations with small teams even in high profit product areas.
First phase was to end work from home. Next is to cut teams to size for consolidations and eliminations. Regardless of how good you think you are targets are set and managers will be hard pressed to cut teams. All BU to be impacted.
Don't take these RIFs lightly get the word out there about this site.

MH is notorious for ramping up then laying off. I would not hire on at Oracle thinking long term.
Regardless of business unit or product line. The strategy is cost reduction and only VP level knows final plan. Manager is unlikely to know what's coming regardless of hiring. Enter at your own risk.
