Loosely defined is how they get away with not having to go on the record actually defining a strategy and new vision. It leaves them unaccountable to everyone but the top brass going them cost savings to boost earning reports for a failure to boost actual sales. This is coming if it's not already here. Vision 2017 and beyond.

Best to be prepared for the worst.
hard to stay positive with all this flying around and with the holidays coming up too . But the top echelon cares not a jot.
Though maybe it takes a little bit of a warped and greed prone mind to see it. We could devise a plan that undermines the dignity of employees but it takes a whole other mind to actually execute on those plans. Drive for greed and power is a strong motivator. Strive to stay above it.
The funny thing is it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what they are going to do. It's that insulting!!
