Yahoo News states that WDTN News will release the story today at 5:00 p m NOV is closing its door for good.

How did the company devalue itself so much? In 2024 the share price was over $80. Its been as low as $10.84 in the past year. DNOW share price's are now higher than NOV's when at the time of spin off they were a fraction of the NOV value
