Theres lots off scrap in rubber . Nothing ever gets done about it sack the management . And bring some 1 in with a pair off ba--s . Lots of people coming in at week ends doing nothing . Waiting for the butty run and cakes from park cakes .

Plant I'm at is ok. Spots open that can't be filled. Constantly threatened with plant closer every week if production numbers don't increase. More down sizing to come.

Manchester folk will be ok. We’re doing alright. And people are leaving in their droves so there are plenty of staff vacancies coming up which we’ll struggle to fill on NOV wages anyway.

I honestly don’t see how it’s avoidable at this point with the way the industry is going… it’s very unfortunate. I’d be shocked if there weren’t. And This is coming from someone actively working for NOV.
