I notice that the new hires are mostly lost and don’t know what they are doing. Will Frontier finally provide better training for the new hires?

Looks like everything is going good. Good contract, good pay, ATT partnership, stock going up. Wish I had stayed instead of retiring last year with lump sum. Be happy with what you have and dont listen to other people!
