Where and to what positions is this happening? Management, craft, or both? Any states getting hit worse than others?
With the current state of this job market, this may actually be a blessing for those who were on the fence whether to jump ship voluntarily. Probably have your choice of many positions starting at top pay because so many other companies are desperate for workers. Either way, good luck to anyone affected by this.
