IT are a bunch of babbling ninnies. The people on the floor of the NOC's do 85 percent of the REAL WORK. IT should have been sitting in the cubicles in lieu of their ivory cubicles across the glass. You know who you are. Eat Crow m'fers.

IT BIG WAIST. MONEY needed for hands on personnel aka NOC's and Field Technical. IT is massive beauracracy. IT test in Allen refused to work on the floor. GOOD RIDDANCE!
