I don’t even know why I cared for this company and why I let it frustrate me that leadership is obviously not doing anything to improve things here. In the end, I feel sorry even for the customers who deserve better.
It’s not okay for employees to care about the company more than the people at the top. Why does no one from the top care for this company anymore? It's just causing stress and frustration while the company continues to sink. There is nothing we can change except give up and go elsewhere.

Well if you haven't given up yet, I hear layoffs are just around the corner. That's if you work outside, I mean. Things will all work themselves out so don't fret too much.
