IT stinks
I work in the accounting department and rarely does any new application work as designed. Instead we spend months cleaning up issues. Look at Hyperion, what a giant waste of millions of dollars, it should be scrapped.

It is so frustrating to be doing double the work and 50% more hours and no one cares. RM's and GVP's are in self preservation mode and can't or won't do anything to help. MyHR does NOT work and has become the new OMS.
