Thread regarding Follett layoffs

As a store manager who has been around for more than 5 yrs, I can tell you that I am actively looking to leave Follett. The company continues to betray the trust of its long time (much longer than myself) employees and doesn't show any signs of stopping. They are requiring much more work on our behalf while removing key employees from our stores resulting in much, much more work time and less family time. Follett is quickly becoming a sunken ship and is only looking out for the higher ups and doesn't realize how quickly it is going to lose it's base unless it changes course. I hope that others will follow suit and begin looking for jobs because in 6 mos you will either be without a job or so overworked there won't be time to look for another job. Good luck out there.
