The goal is to have 2 or 3 max full time employees with benefits. Manager, Text Manager and GM Manager. It won't happen until after Spring Rush. So if your full time start looking for something now. Because like November you won't be given any warning. It's all about numbers not people and not the quality of the service we give to the students, faculty and staff.
