Apparently, the folks that Dell wants to quit are sticking around, and the folks they want to stick around are actually leaving.

If you're laid off and you find a new job within a few weeks, do you risk losing your severance? I haven't been laid off, but I'm trying to figure out how things work so I'm prepared if I'm next.

There is an undeniable sense of impending doom lingering around the Dell offices in Ireland this morning. Cuts have been slow but constant the last 24 months but there is a definite feeling of 'are we in trouble here?' at the moment :(
