"So when Corinthian advertises on its website, www.mycareercounts.org/outcomes, “In 2012, over 69 percent of our 38,721 graduates found careers in their field of study,” this really meant that 69 percent of Corinthian graduates found a job that... — read more

Why are people on this boards such jerks?
I don't come here often. There isn't a post that doesn't have some rude, insensitive comment. I get we are in a highly emotional situation, but pushing everyone off the board by being mean seems counter productive. At any rate, Like many other... — read more
Even if CCI schools sell, there's no guarantee of jobs for current employees. And looking at wages posted earlier,
It probably won't be at current salaries. Even if it sells, they could still fail. So many students have left. If it is ECMC, they have to build a college from scratch from the ruins of CCI. I think it's not smart to hang your hats on nothing. A sale... — read more
Champagne at Heald

Acquiring new lines of business
I've been trying to wrap my head around the ECMC rumors, and until recently had assumed that if they were involved, they were probably just purchasing some of our old debt at pennies on the dollar. Looking over their website, though, they seem to be... — read more
Jerks and bully employees are no better than the trolls
Like others who've tried to share info and have been bullied and called names, I'm out. You jerks are on your own. No wonder nobody comes here anymore. Figure it out for yourselves. Sorry you're mean bullies. I'm sorry for you. NOT!

should I do the right thing and give notice

Can someone explain the "three check month" theory?
Sure I see that there are five Fridays next month, with three paydays, but at the end of the year am I making more money?
Did you see any justice here with furloughs and 50% cuts?
Is Jack and the key execs taking responsibility? They tell everyone to take a week of or 50% pay cut. Hurts us. Cut deep at the wrong time of the month. Their 3 check reasoning doesn't even calculate right. It is not a genuine 3 check month. Its no... — read more

No News is NOT Good News

Jack Massimino not taking a salary
I overheard someone saying that Jack Massimino has not drawn a salary since Last June. I heard other Execs were doing something similar.
