Grand Canyon only hires PhDs is you are looking to teach.

OP - The best days of the for-profit education sector occured several years ago. That said, there are for-profit schools with a different, more credible approach (Walden, Grand Canyon, etc). Many public universities now have on-line programs that can use the positive attributes that you may be able to offer. Beyond that, you may want to take inventory of your transferrable skills and look outside of the for profit sector.

641, not for profit sector. Not management.

Depends on program and education. For example, I saw the MA instructors with advance degrees leave long ago. The MA instructors without a Bachelors degree don't seem to be able to find another teaching position.

Get out of the "education industry" lol. It's a sales job period. Real university and colleges represents the education sector. Working for for-profit is the same as selling cars.

I have not really started a job search but of all the help wanted ads I have not seen an in education except for teachers. On Linkedin it looks like those that I saw in the higher positions have found employment in other fields just my take
