I am done teaching after this term...tired of the BS. Should I do the "right" thing and let them know ahead of time before they assign classes? Or should I just wait till after I turn in final grades to tell them? Of course, we may not even have classes next term so that would take care of the decision.

If you give notice be prepared for that to be your last day. It may be challenging to slide in a substitute instructor for the end of the term, but it is not impossible. Saves a few payroll dollars......
Give notice

Tell them before term starts so they have time to replace you if you are on the ground. But if you are like Everest and don't have 2 weeks between terms, maybe let them know ASAP.
You should give notice. CCi may not be around much longer, but the people who hire you, assign classes, and the adjuncts who cover your classes will be. Do the right thing.
You know, you could have fun with this one. Usually you don't want to burn your bridges, but CCi won't be around much longer. Maybe an email with a series of appropriate (or inappropriate) GIFs and a fitting song (Take This Job and Shove It?). Be creative! Have a laugh!
In some organizations the day you give notice is your last day on the payroll, although that may be difficult in the cae of an instructor. In any event, do the right thing. Don't stoop to management's level.
Do what "feels" right to YOU. The company's integrity may have gone down the toilet but yours doesn't have to. Good luck
That's cute. You're asking if you should do the right thing regarding CCI? Have they done right by you?
If you are adjunct you are at will and can quit any time without notice. If you are in the ground you should probably tell your boss if you admire him/her. If they're jerks, don't.
