DUC's
US oil producers operating in the Eagle Ford shale in South Texas built an inventory of nearly 1,400 drilled but uncompleted (DUC) wells, said an analysis from IHS, which noted that the most promising of these wells belong to a few operators.

Current company profile shows 17,800 employees still have a job but before these lay offs COP had 18,100 employees. Does this make any sense?

WTI has avg. 44.00 since the beginning of October and until now mid Nov. I wonder if we will have an emergency lay off session early next year there should not be any revision to the list of employees that would need to be let go. Good luck.
