Hilcorp Oil gave 100K bonus .. what a great Company.. THey had a goal to double and everyone worked hard
and it is amazing.. So there are caring OIL companies still there !

With one of the worst safety cultures in the country.
Hilcorp is privately held. There are "caring" publicly held companies, but most of them seem to be from the West Coast. However, when a company is in a financially desperate situation like ConocoPhillips, how caring should they be? Once you go public, share price is everything.
