Eagleford team will be hit the hardest
The bloated ego's of the Eagleford teams will soon be deflated. And it is about time that the Sr managers finally recognized that this team has had success only because of the property they sit on. Most expensive operations group we have. Over... — read more

HouChron says: Ryan Lance to get $101 million payout if company sells
Figure quoted in Tomlinson's column today. So now we know why he's running the company into the ground. And getting paid well ($20 mil+/yr) on the way, in style on frivolous Gulf Stream jets.

Layoffs when pregnant
Any idea how COP takes into account pregnancy in layoffs? From what I've read as long as they can prove a layoff wasn't discriminatory and based on pregnancy they're in the clear. Any employees know or have experience with this?

Pay
I'm 100% OK with insanely high executive pay if the executives deliver and perform. Mulva delivered and performed for the bulk of his term, although he made some bad mistakes in the last 4-5 years (Burlington purchase, company slit, etc). Even then... — read more

A day in the life of an Ex COP employee
