The bloated ego's of the Eagleford teams will soon be deflated. And it is about time that the Sr managers finally recognized that this team has had success only because of the property they sit on. Most expensive operations group we have. Over staffed and have over spent on development for years. I don't feel sorry for any of them, their clueless approach to running a business was bound to hit a wall. Most of the people who will be severed in mid sept will have trouble finding employment due to the fact that they would not be able to compete even within the other L48 business units. Can't imagine HH will survive either, at a minimum she will be moved to allow a true manager run the business like it should be. bye bye Eagleford incest business model

Actually San Juan was the only positive cash flow asset the last it was checked.
To the original poster... jealousy buys you nothing. Eagle Ford is the best and the fact is that the asset alone is helping this company survive (aka known as helping keep your sorry a$$ job). Yes, we may have some incompetent management, but its the people underneath that management that does the real work anyway which makes this asset what it is. So get off your a$$ and start providing some value!
Sad and unfortunate. EF could be run much more efficiently but it is being dragged down by awful management. And the biggest disappointment is that management most likely will not be affected whatsoever...
This is great....Seriously we have 20 people trying to characterize the reservoir, only to realize after several years that it can't be characterized. We lost most of our value in this asset by not carpet bombing it when oil was $100.
