So the project I am working on just received an email announcing the names of 5 people being let go, I do not know if they are RED or BLUE but it is sad when you affect someone's life this way.

Any rumors on a new Cisco early retirement package ?

I'm working in CISCO and i see that there is red badge employee layoffs happening. They are trying to finish the process for the red badge employees before this quarter end.

Heard it will start with massive red badge cut.... Then massive full time cuts. Compared to any earlier cuts, this seems real big. Next 2-4 weeks you will see many changes.

Anyone has more info on this?
