Here’s a whopper for the weekend

Company isn’t competent enough to properly track presence. Tired of being questioned because they are incompetent.
Dear john and Jeff - we’d love to love you again

5 day RTO is a direct result of coffee badgers
Sure they want attrition, but the amount of people I've seen arriving late and leaving early has ruined it for the rest of us who are putting in the time. I realize most of us are less productive in the office, space is limited and many don't have... — read more
Quiet quitting
AT&T should increase efforts to remove these employees who make a minimal contribution and in doing so encourage others to quiet quit through either passive or active means. We've lost so many truly productive contributors over the past few years. We... — read more
I am no longer a flex worker, therefore I will not work like a flex worker
My COU will be off at 5. Working 8 to 5 is not giving less to the company, it is a full work week. That is exactly what they are telling us they want: five full days in the office. That is not flexible and I am no longer a flex worker, therefore I... — read more

Don't want to show up and work? DON'T !

I welcome RTO for one reason only
If they want me back to office 5 days a week, I will fully respect office hours. No more overtime, availability at all times of day and in the evenings, and definitely no extra effort.
Hub Vs Non-Hub locations
If you are in a hub location you get coffee, soft drinks, and food. If you outside of a hub you are lucky to get toilet paper, trash pickup, and hand soap. People in both hub and non hub locations get treated poorly though.
Real talk with Rick

That the company isn't going to RTO everyone 5 days a week. You think managers in 5 day workgroups are going to want to compete for new hires with part time office workgroups? They will never hear the end of it and in turn C-Suite will never hear the... — read more

Bonus update?
Any idea where we stand in terms of company bonus? (ATS specifically, but most of it is companywide.). Usually these updates have gone out in early November after 3Q earnings are announced in late October but I haven't seen anything yet.
