Why the hard-on for the enps from managers

Each time the survey rolls around, everyone up to the VP grovels for their people to fill it out. What is the consequence for them of their people not doing the survey? Is this just a face saving thing or is there bonus money tied to it? It almost... — read more

Davaco

So what does it mean if a company called Davaco does a survey of a COR location? The lady told us that we are being remodeled however, we were just remodeled a year ago. Does that mean we are turning dealer?

Mixed feelings. Forced relocation from LA to Dallas.

I am part of the Entertainment Group. Yesterday at about 5pm my VP delivered the news that I would need to relocate to Dallas or risk being in a future layoff. My kids school starts here in just a few weeks and I have two and one is in HS. It's rough... — read more

Merging Employees

It appears AT&T made agreements with DTV to favor some of their employees over legacy AT&T employees even if they have little to no knowledge of AT&T products or processes. I've been seeing in the past few weeks executives on down be given the golden... — read more

Concerned

The rumors of a 3/3/1 package are running rampid. That is three years added to service, three to age, and a years pay for those that qualify for the rule of 75. Has anyone heard about a time frame for this offer?

I just got a new supervisor based a few states away.

One that has no idea what we do. The former supervisor was just moved into a Level 3 position because that's basically where he was with AT&T. He's a micro-managing jerk who talks out of both sides of his mouth. Guess that's why he was welcomed by... — read more
