I don’t. I know many, probably 100’s of others in the same boat. Why would you care more than just your paycheck? Which, that is even iffy most days.....
Stankey will eventually implode but he
Will leave a trail of bodies in his wake. Doesn't know how to build anything. Just barely maintain and axe away. ATT has zero chance of gaining ground on Verizon and TMobile. ATT has zero chance of doing anything against Netflix, Amazon, Disney... — read more
Will things improve or get worse?
Now that Stankey is taking over as our CEO are you optimistic or pessimistic about AT&T's future? I'm on the "absolutely nothing will change" train myself.

Weasel Words
AT&T management says it is “recalibrating.” Their statements to analysts and the media are filled with weasel words like that. Spending cuts are called “efficiency transformation.” Layoffs are called “headcount rationalization.” A doubling of prices... — read more

Question about ATT TV Now
I have a question. I haven't watched much TV in the last couple of years, so maybe I'm just out of touch with how things work now. I found a show I thought I'd like to watch but it seems like an awful lot of commercials. Thirty nine minutes of... — read more
Bill Morrow's VZ Comment on Stankey Video
Bill Morrow commented that Verizon was 2 years ahead of AT&T on their cost reduction initiative on the John Stankey Video. Could it be because they offered 44,000 Managers 60 weeks pay to retire early in 2018 and 12-15K left? For the last 2 years the... — read more
Says a lot
AT&T stock has returned 53% including dividends since Stephenson was appointed CEO and chairman on May 9, 2007. That compares with 143% for the S&P 500, 182% for Verizon, and 118% for T-Mobile. Apple replaced AT&T as a component of the Dow Jones... — read more
Was Randy fired or is he truly retiring?
While the first one sounds great and vindicating to many of us, to me this looks more like a rat leaving a sinking ship than anything else. And considering who is replacing him, I can't see anybody consciously getting rid of Randy just to replace him... — read more
Ironic?
Does anyone else find the timing of Randall’s departure ironic? CNN runs with a story they Kim Jung Un is in critical condition. Turns out to be false, probably planted story, next day Randall steps down. I don’t really believe in coincidences, but... — read more
So much for 2020...
And so many of us contributors lost our jobs due to being surplused, age discriminated against, seeing our jobs go to Slovakia, wasted time on training on 2020 efforts and for what? Now he’s gone...smh.
Randy "F-Up" Stephensen out
What's the golden parachute for this d-bag? This POS should have been fired after pi$$ing BILLIONS away on the TMobile "deal" that went nowhere. He save TMOB with that disgusting move. He plowed ATT into the ground and it ain't coming back.
VZ first quarter
I wonder why VZ saw net loss of subs. that is very interesting. thoughts?
Free HBOMAX
to T wireless and internet customers to pump up the launch numbers. In a year when it's proven HBOMAX is a dud, Stanky will say that we want these unprofitable customers gone....just like they did with att tv/directv now.
So with Randy out and Stankey in, what can we expect to see?
More layoffs? More debt? I’m eager to know what y’all think
So what happened with AT&T TV?
I thought AT&T TV was supposed to be the Second Coming of television. Stephenson & Stankey touted that everyone was going to flock to this (non-groundbreaking, expensive, outdated) model because of how (not) amazing it is. Yet surprisingly, there... — read more

In my store we had 7 people opt in to work and headcount has to stay at 5 on a given day. I and some of my coworkers were just informed we will not be allowed to work in May.
Out of touch in 2018 & beyond
