we received 50 new contract workers at our call center this morning! They told us within the next few weeks they will begin cycling us out on 1 or two week periods for those who are local. 1 week normal job, 1 week EWA! this should be nice!

Wireless was able to grow through groups like PrimeCo and Airtouch, and they were run well without any need for unionizing. We need less NYNEX and more PrimeCo, and that's what Leadership is giving us.
