Now you EWAs see what we mean...
Now you got to see first hand how the copper plant was abandoned, and how many regions have no or terrible service. You have experienced how local managers are incompetent, how they bully their subordinates, yelling, cursing, threats, etc. You have... — read more

Just curious I've heard so much from the 'experts" in Verizon Management, and the other 'All Knowing Genius's with so much skills and education" in the company. Love to hear more from you now?

The company benefits by raising the healthcare costs and they no longer have to justify to the union offering an EISP.
So this is all the company got out of this contract? Something bigger here that everyone is missing without a doubt...Doesn't make any sense that's all they got when they put so much money into training and hiring temp employees.
Where are the specifics for the mid-Atlantic?
I have seen the info for the NE, but where are the specifics for the other areas? I don't trust that they are all the same a s I want the specifics BEFORE the RTW date!
YOU DON'T NEED TRAINING
You asswipes decided to walk off the job so come back to it and take your lumps and let me go back to my family.
So who caved?
Did Verizon or Union win? Serious responses please.
Who get's the last laugh?????
The union gets to go back to a menial job in which a monkey with a week of training can perform adequately. I get to go back to my job as a software developer and actually use my brain for the first time in 5 weeks. Oh, and as for rifs, bring them... — read more
Doesn't add up
Think about it. Something is not right about this.
Lead Story on Cnn Money
The end of the strike made the lead story on the CNN Money Webpage.
Thanks Retirees for the help on the line, sorry you got screwed!
Retiree health insurance changing to Medicare Advantage with no company secondary. That is just paying a lot for nothing given my parent's experience. Thanks you for the support to help us, sorry you got screwed!
Sure the union put out what they won.......
Ok so the union has put out their "winnings" but doesn't it scare the crap out of you when you read it because there is noting in there that states what the company won. Lets face it people the union didn't get any of that unless they gave something... — read more
Have to Admit....BIG WIN For The Union.
The money, the time, and the planning that went into to this has to be accountable. Anyone with half a brain could see that 40,000 Unionized workers were not just going to disappear.
What about QARs?
Are QARs completely gone? I only saw they were gone for NYC!
Reminisce about the trolls, scabs and EWAs and all the BS they were posting!
"this strike is like nothing ive seen before, cross before your job is gone" "company is serious this time, you wont be coming back" "contractors in place, ewas to return to their jobs" "cross while you still can, be a man" -yeah thanks for that... — read more
I can't stop laughing
Union leaders sign new contract before even showing details to their members. So you don't get full details until night of when you already return to work. Wow
2011 all over again. WE GOT HAD.
Worst of all, that healthcare plan is a disaster. Why don't we get a solid PPO plan like the rest of the company does?
How did Verizon get what they wanted from this contract? I must be missing something.
There must be more to this than what I can make of it. Appears to be a win for the union. How does Verizon state they got what they needed to be more competitive in the industry. What are they getting out of this contract in order to do that?
Bye bye Weasley!
JB will be gone by end of year, if not sooner. His nonsense has been exposed, and is daddy's friends can't protect him anyore. And when they Google his name, and see the lawsuits generated by this snot clot, he will be un hireable. Good riddence you... — read more
Any word on an EISP?
