I'm not sure what planet you are living on, but UOPs stock is still low compared to where it was 3 years ago, and GCUs stock is killing us right now.
There is only one thing that can save UOP
Uop currently has poor leadership in place from the top all the way down to the lower level managers. UOP has allowed poor leaders to run the company at the expense of the students and school image to fatten their own wallets. There are more... — read more

No More Layoffs.......
UoP cannot afford another round of layoffs. Severance packages, unemployment insurance, etc. are hefty expenses. Morale is already in the toilet, new enrollment is all but gone, . . . It would be cheaper to fire everyone than layoff but firing leads... — read more

What happened to all our students? We have this huge, brand new building and no one is here. All good employees gone. No AC or FC call back. Waste of money- taking 3 classes and I am out.

It's sad to see how far UOP has fallen. I was there for about 10.5 years. I truly think it started with the outsourcing of the IT call center to India about 7 years ago. With everything that happened in October students and faculty are waiting up to... — read more
Get out while you can UOP is dead
UOP will continue to contract because executive management want to run a school like a sleazy mortgage house. Wait for the surprise this spring, you greedy, unethical morons. It's a coming. Such a shame.
Get out while you can
UOP will continue to contract for the immediate future. If you are smart, you are already looking. It's a shame that there are so many in executive leadership that only care about themselves. For profit schools have a place but not if they are run... — read more

Stock is going up
I am not with UOP but I am disgusted with the current sales tactics - I think UOP did a fine job in the 90s and in early 2000s but recently I think the company crossed the line. I'd expect APOL stock to be crushed because there is a ton of negative... — read more

3508--UOP manager tells the TRUTH
Management play dirty tricks lying manipulating and threatening employees with termination should they question the universities motives. UOP management is at best schtoopid and at worst diabolically criminal.
Go to the HLC and expose these fraudsters
@3511--this kind of strong arm management dirty tricks might be ok in a bank environment but not at a school that takes 86% of its revenue from TitleIV, taxpayer money to the tune of BILLIONS of dollars. This MUST stop. Call the HLC today and tell... — read more

Agreed
Reviews are NOT based on employee skills and work it is all based on a curve. Forced changes on reviews sucks and is not honest.
As a former manager for University of Phoenix, I can tell you first hand that managers are coached to find ways to fire people.
We were taught by our director to "give reviews based on a "curve" and our gut feeling rather than the employees actual performance. We were also coached to document every single little thing so we could build a "time line" of events for problem... — read more
