I agree with the post titled "It Doesn’t Take Sherlock Holmes." Racist and sexist posts are used by administrators to discredit valid worker grievances and information sharing. It's a common "union buster" tactic. This tactic won't work when some recently fired IT wizard can figure out where the inflammatory comments are coming from. On a related point, have Apollo Group/University of Phoenix workers attempted to organize? SEIU has been organizing adjuncts, and there are other unions that could possibly help (e.g. AFT, CWA). Each of these unions have there pluses and minuses. The other problem is that although it's illegal to fire someone for attempting to organize, Apollo Group may feel they can break the law to keep University of Phoenix a non-union enterprise.
