Camden, I wish unions were possible at UoP; however, if an employee was found or even rumored to be forming a union movement, he or she would be terminated on the spot. Of course UoP would not officially fire him or her based on his or her union activities. UoP’s management is very crafty at finding seemingly legitimate reasons to terminate employment. I suspect managers are even told to give exceptional employees average to mediocre reviews to leave open a justifiably way to quickly fire an employee should the need arise. I have been with the company for many, many years so trust me when I say you are not the first person to suggest a union. Some time ago there was talk of unionizing; however, UoP execs shrewdly and covertly used threats to bust up that idea.
