Performance accountability is a great to get rid of the EA's that are paycheck collectors and enroll 1 to 2 a month while making $50,000 a year.

I saw a post below saying Enrollment Managers make $100K a year, they must be from online. We are lucky to make $55 at a campus for the EM roll. I had to take a paycut when I got promoted!!!!!

The real problem is lazy enrollment advisors enrolling 1-2 students monthly..you can trip and fall over at least 4 without even trying. I hope they do cut the fat.

Do you think they would really wipe out all campuses? I heard only student services and the departments other then enrollment would be affected this time since enrollment was hit hard in July? Thoughts?

Sounds like online is getting what they want....... No more ground campuses, only learning centers. Powers that be online could give a damn about ground students or ground campuses.

I've also heard a lot of rumors of another round of layoffs this month. I don't see where else they could cut other then the overpaid joke management, but can anyone shed any light on this?
