Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

For the record, I'm not a manager. I'm defending them because you can't make broad generalizations about management. I'm just saying some of them really do care about their employees and the good of the company. That may not be the experience you have had, and if that is the case I feel sorry for you for not having good leadership. Employees who call people an idiot for asking everyone to accept responsibility for their own actions is the problem with this organization.
