Oct 15 is one day that has been mentioned. October 31 is the other. Phoenix is rolling out a few new initiatives. Additionally, campuses in cities over 500,000 with degree completion rates under 40% are supposed to be okay. Campuses farther than 90 miles from LRC's are on sketchy ground.
