Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Enrollment is the revenue generator for the company. It is common business sense to see why enrollment has been protected in the past. Our department has some flaws Certianly, but I don't think the blame lies with management. In many instances our managers work twice as hard as anyone else to keep thing together. It is the average employee, regardless of department, who only shows up to collect a paycheck that has gotten the company to where it is.
