As the title says - anyone remember the survey we took two months ago where there was a question on ‘are you planning to leave in 6 months?’ Or something like that lol 😆
What was the whole point of it? There’s literally zero effort being made to improve employee morale.
@OP The company doesn't care if you leave. They asked that 6 months question specifically to get an idea of intent only for sellers. There was concern with the rollout of the new sales GTM change which greatly impacted the sellers, that open text might have a mass exit of sellers. That would be disastrous.
