@OP Seeing the writing on the wall: they're going to restructure the entire company and implement "model offices" on all the states. Some people will get reorged into shared services, a lot will get laid off.
The secret sauce that built Centene - being local and responsive - will disappear, and we'll just be a Temu version of Aetna or United. We've already started losing state contracts. I wonder when the board is going to wake up and do something.
@b1 I'm pretty sure at least some state Medicaid contracts specifically forbid outsourcing internationally. Each state will have a compliance hotline or other way to share tips.
This should be illegal for a US company, who is funded by taxpayers to outsource jobs overseas!!! I wish there was a hotline for this so it could be reported.
It’s easy for an India company to do, because they have all the USA data at their fingertips.
