it means nothing, layoffs come in waves we don't know how bad they will be this year only speculation. I wouldn't panic but also i wouldn't get complacent we still have 3 months in the year and i have seen notices as late as thanksgiving. I recommend saving as much as possible right now since it feels like a heavy layoff year across all companies and its best to be prepared
