Are there possible layoffs coming up soon? Are people still looking for a new job and trying to leave before the layoffs?

There are layoffs in Centene every quarter. There's a set schedule.
There are going to be more layoffs, a lot more restructuring, and a lot more consultants and the Corporate Clueless micromanaging stuff they don't understand. Mission Simplify is just getting started.
I havent heard of a second round of layoffs. Theres a ton of new openings, I’ve applied to a few myself but i have a coworker whos been here for a few years declined the vsp but is scared to apply out because she fears a layoff again! Doesnt make sense to me. But if you see something you may like go for it
