During the Q/A someone asked how Molina is factoring in high inflation and COL into pay/raises. JZ’s response was basically they are aware that increases don’t keep up (at all) with inflation. They just try to stay in line with competitors and that is it. Also, he sure hopes things improve. Earlier in the call he said business couldn’t be driven on hope so… 🤷♀️
Otherwise just went over some highlights from the investor day presentation (which is online) and optimistic about company outlook over next 3 years. Yay.
